The plan of man’s redemption and
coming into the fullness of God’s glory is foreshadowed in the seven
feasts of the lord.
“Any serious study of Bible prophecy should
begin with the feast days of Israel that are found in the law. The feast days
provide us with the basic outline of the plan of God of salvation for the
individual, as well as an outline of God's plan (as Paul states) to "put
all things under His feet."

Every move of God in all
dispensations and progressions in Christian journey are symbolized in the
feasts of Jehovah. Every move of God is a joyful sound and the Psalmist in his
Psalms 89:15 indicates that the joyful sound is symbolized by the feasts and
those who have the knowledge and understanding of the sound will walk in the
light of God’s countenance; in other words, they will follow the trail of that
sound till they arrive at the place of the fullness of God’s glory; where their
measure will correspond to the full stature of Christ. So the feasts of Jehovah
are roadmap to our eternal predestination in Christ.
“Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be
envied) are the people who know the joyful sound [who understand and appreciate
the spiritual blessings symbolized by the feasts]; they walk, O Lord, in the
light and favor of your countenance! In
Your name they rejoice all the day, and in your righteousness they are
exalted. For you are the glory of their
strength [their proud adornment], and by your favor our horn is exalted and we
walk with uplifted faces! For our shield belongs to the Lord, and our king to
the Holy One of Israel. ” Ps 89:15-18AMP
I personally believe that the
knowledge of the seven feasts of Jehovah will help us greatly in our voyage to
the terminus of our Predestination in Christ. Most believers do not like to study
the Old Testament. Old Testament is the foundation of the New Testament. The
New Testament was concealed in Old Testament and Old Testament is revealed in
The New Testament.
Jesus in His teachings made great
use of the Old Testament scripture, and all the epistle writers made use of the
Old Testament scripture. The Old Testament is part of the
scripture that Apostle Paul referred to when he said that all scripture is
given by inspiration of God.
“All Scripture is given by
inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for
correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be
complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Tim 3:16-17
Old Testament is profitable as the
New Testament is for doctrine, reproof, correction, instruction in
righteousness and for the perfection of the saints. Complete knowledge of God is found
in the both Testament. The two Testaments are dependent on
each other for comprehensive understanding.
