C.L.U 19 REPORT: Wole Olakunle - A Walk through the Tabernacle

CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP UPGRADE 2016.

THEME: THE TEMPLE OF GOD SERIES.
HOST: THE THIRD TEMPLE (CHURCH OF THE FIRST BORN)
Saturday 16th of April, 2016.

2nd Speaker: Pastor Wole Olakunle

The teaching of the Temple or the Tabernacle is vital to our coming into the fullness of Christ. God is a positional God because He works in realms. This means there are different positions or levels in God. The Old Testament is the shadow while the New Testament is the reality. The two are inseparable, because the Old Testament is the New Testament concealed while the New Testament is the Old Testament revealed.

Spiritual things are positional, e.g Peter was able to confessed Christ as the Son of the living God because of the realm or position he operated. In Matthew 16, he declared Jesus as Christ the Son of the living God. He was standing on an elevated plane in the Spirit hence he saw better than the other Apostles.

In the account of creation, man was created last because he is to take charge of everything by God. Only the Tabernacle of Moses and the Temple of Solomon carried God's glory because they are the type and shadow pointing to Christ.

A Walk, spiritually means journey in the spirit. We are expected to walk through the Tabernacle by experiencing each of the compartments. That we are to walk through the outer court, Holy place, till we get into the Most Holy place which is the fullness of Christ.

Hebrew 8:5

Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.

We have to see the pattern first to be able to build. The pattern of the Tabernacle is a type of Christ. The Tabernacle is the same as thy Kingdom come, which is the establishment of the kingdom.

Hebrew 9:3-4
And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all; Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold, wherein was the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron's rod that budded, and the tables of the covenant;

In the New Testament, the Tabernacle was measured from the Holy place, that the outer court was no longer included. This means growth or advancement in the spirit.
