One of the most constant
things in life is a changing season. The season carries a body of specified
time. The time within the seasons are uniquely marked by the Chronos and the
Kairos of purposes.
To every [thing there
is] a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
He hath made every
[thing] beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so
that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the
end.

Wikipedia
defines Time as a measure in which events can be ordered from the past
through the present into the future, and also the measure of durations of
events and the intervals between them. While Merriam Webster defines purpose
as a time characterized by a particular circumstance or feature and also a
suitable or natural time or occasion.
Apart from seasons being
denoted by time, it is purpose specific. Therefore seasons conveys a series of
time and time carries specific purposes. The purpose behind seasons must be
uncovered so that meaningful works that carries eternal purposes can be
embarked upon.
With the seasons, the purpose
of man exists side by side with the divine purpose. While man may run after fulfilling
purpose specific to his overall interest without deference to the eternal
purpose. The best is to pursue the divine purpose which has a large place for
the interest of man. So man's purpose can be fulfilled while pursuing the
eternal vision. Man and God's purpose are linked.
But seek ye first the
kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto
you.
Matthew 6:33
Man's purpose is
accomplished when he seeks God's purpose. The other way round that is, man pursuing
his carnal objective only removes the divine stamp even when successes are
accomplished. The purpose of God also carries the kingdom emblem and is the
only true way of peace and eternal validation.

The Seasons also marks
phases in God's eternal project. The eternal purpose of God has been
established from the foundations of the world. The season before us has Christ
written all over it. While others may see something different, the eternal project
remains the same. The fullness of Christ is non-negotiable.
